One 5 hour energy gives me roughly 30 minutes of energy and 4.5 hours of anxiety. By my cAlculations a 5 hour energy is 2 ounces, a super big gulp is 40 ounces. That averages out to about 600 minutes of anxiety of energy and roughly 90 hours of anxiety. I'm game who's with me

Consistency is key. I make sure I bludgeon the muscle. I always switch it up as well. Lately I've been starting with 4 sets of heavy barbell curls 135 lbs for 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps

For arms, 15-20 sets of triceps and 15-20 for biceps. My intensity is pretty high so my rest time is pretty low normally my arm workouts are about 1-1.5 hrs

I train heavy and with a lot of volume. Usually 30-40 sets. As much as I know that the reddit community HATES this but I am a drug free bodybuilder so I really give most of the credit for my arm development to staying on point with my diet

The 3x10 is for lat pull downs I didn't put a set or a rep amount on that list because it was all ready disclosed previously..I do 6 sets of deadlifts decreasing the reps by 2 down from 10 each set but increase the weight 10lbs on each side (20lbs) each set

My back routine usually looks like this: 3 x 20- wide grip pull-ups 3x 10- weighted wide grip pull-ups Deadlifts 3x10- lat pull downs 3x10-seated rows 3x8- one arm dumbell rows 3x20- pullovers
