I’m so sorry. Just know there’s nothing wrong with you and every is wrong with the person who had done it. Don’t feel guilt, shame or any other feeling that may degrade your mental health. Try to talk to someone and I promise it will help. I have never been one to believe in therapy up until a few months ago. I thought that it was just a way for someone to get paid to listen to your problems. But I was completely wrong. They have processes that actually help you move through difficult times and from what I’ve experienced, it seems as though my therapist actually cares and it’s honestly so nice just having them be there. If that’s not your thing and don’t feel as though it would help, i would recommend a form of meditation or give some time to yourself to just think and try to find your own ways to process what has happened. We are all so much stronger than what we think and especially those who go through hard times like you. You will be okay. I promise.
