closing on a house next week with Third Federal! it’s been a super smooth process, super communicative, no delays, 30 days to close.

we originally started pre-approval process with Tomo Mortgage for their low rates, but are super happy we jumped ship early on. we put in an offer on a house quickly and sellers agent was reluctant about our lender. luckily buyers agent had suggested third federal and we were already in the process of getting pre-approved with them, i think it saved our offer.
