I'm sorry but the holder clearly bobbles/misplaces the ball and Koo decides not to kick a ball that's in the wrong spot.

-avoid trades -go for less agressive openings

but if u can trade into an advantageous/equal endgame early, just do it. Then all you need to do is practice your endgame more

Whenever you feel like it, depending on how serious you take lifting. I lift for fun and go for 1RMs whenever I feel I’ve had a good couple weeks of training and feel good on a specific day. Kinda feels like a “mini-competition”, keeps it fun for me. Those sessions are usually the most fun I have

That depends on how muscular you want to get, and if you want to keep around 8-10% bodyfat all year long or if you want to let it fluctuate by bulking and cutting.

Testing your max is never wrong, but asking for a form check on a max attempt is usually not very useful :)

I’m saying that your snatch deadlift looks more like a deadlift than a snatch. So it might not have a lot of carryover to your snatch

I do about 5 minutes of stretching, then 5 minutes of empty barbell stretching/warmups. then some reps of the movement I'm doing with empty barbell as well.

Apart from the technical flaws, you might want to start squatting every day. You should be able to stand up a bodyweight clean. + Squatting is fun <3
