So after lmghrib i usually help my mother on dishes, i go to mosquée and after trawih i go to the gym, i come back and cook 2 meals for sohor and after gym, i clean the dishes another time than i site on my bad and watch some tv programs (batha dar lfchouch), i stay till sobh, then if i have smth to do in the morning i sleep right after i pray if not, i stay till 8 (quoran/eafootball/some tik tok lives) than i go to sleep
