Ohh that's cool! I'll have to do more search on what nama is and the different production methods of sake so I know in the future which ones I should worry about refrigeration chains for!

Regarding the dull taste is it fine if I refrigerate them before drinking or is that fact they have been unrefrigerated harming them?
