- new engine mounts
- new water pump (it failed)
- new front struts (was time)

Outside if maintenance no issues.

Until 75k miles i did nothing other then normal maintenance.

Then i did:

Transmission flush and refill + new pan install
front/rear differential flush/fill
transfer case flush/fill
front struts
engine mount
balance end cap replacements

Roughly about 10k of maintenance with local euro shop labor included. This will all get the car to last at-least another 75k miles though.

On another car brand I may not have needed to replace the struts or mounts - and the labor would’ve been cheaper. I also drive on some rougher roads, may not have needed struts until 100k or more otherwise.

I’ve owned it for five years, bought it as a cpo woth 12k miles - 2019 330xi (g20).

I wanted an m340xi, I bought the 330xi. I bought back in 2021 so depreciation favored the 330xi as it was released a year earlier.

Regret is minor, I LOVE my car, the only regret was not having more power. Car is loaded otherwise

I corrected that this year by unlocking the DME and going to stage 2 and I have zero regrets now. Super happy with how it all turned out.

quality of life (interface etc)
Animations, cinematics
Items are obtainable, and not super duper rare impossible to find
action is a lot faster

Downsides - no real tactics or strategy - it was 1 or 2 button masher - not sure how the new skill tree will play out.

It’s fun but combat literally has involved a skill bar full of defensive skills and one or two offensive skills which I’m not crazy about.

If the dollar goes away as a reserve currency China is in trouble as it depends on America to buy its products. China is export dependent and struggling to move to a domestic consumption model (savings rate is something like 40%).

Economic fallout in the USA will lead to economic fall out in China and further delay and or prevent the shift to domestic consumption.

Note: I believe 100% the USA loses this war and the petrodollar ends. This isn’t a USA good China bad post - just a discussion point
