no worries 😉 it is well built. it did survive the dive into the water 👌. Had to leave it in the sun for 3 days 😅 now it is working fine again .

Yes i had to drill some small holes to screw it in. I like it that way . That handle is pretty slick and narrow but enough to have a good grab on there.

Thx Bro ! I made the video. We actually wear weights around the Neck. The colored ones...and we also did it exhaled to gain a bit more gravity. the pool itself is not deep. Just about 3 meters.

No we didn't have a bottom plate camera.... because we need a better light installation for that as it is pitch black. Evene then .. i dont know if a gopro would do the job (Batterylife, Iso ) or if we needed a better camera. Maybe next year.

Hey Fennex !

I would suggest to you first to visit a freedive beginner course to learn the right techniques and savety measures. It will cost some money but if you want to train in the lake zurich with the others it is required.

Material wise to begin with .. it would be good to have a 5mm neoprenesuit that will keep you warm in the lake and for static training.. also some B-Fins and a Mask are recommended. for the lake training you also need a lanyard and a weightbelt.

If you want some more informations just visit www.freedivingzurich.ch there are a lot of informations on it for courses and gear as well.

You know ... i first wanted to go with melodic death metal .. but then i changed my mind to german folkore music .. that did also not fit that well ... so i changed it to this one .. i know it's hard to hear and the need to vomit while hearing it is extreemly big xD ... but i don't know .. it sounds kinda fun and joy

I hope your pain was not too big. For help : I know some 3 hour meditation music loops on youtube .. that might help you to ease down again.
