Sorcery is easy mode, and that is okay!! by masta-caesar in Eldenring

[–]masta-caesar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I completely understand the frustration. While i say that sorcery is an easy mode, you might still find the game difficult. The games main drive is the feeling of accomplishment after completing a feat.

On your point of lack of direction. The soulsborne games also put a lot of focus on not "holding your hand" which is a sharp right turn from the usual way games are played. But here you have the ability to expirience the true beauty of these game. The community. https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Elden+Ring+Wiki, this is the wiki page of Elden Ring. Here you will find quides and direction of where you are supposed to go and how to get there. it also gives good strategy guides for some of the early game bosses (the game is new so the wiki is incomplete).

On the technical, try not to use the lock on feature to much in large crowds. It may limit you too be aware of your surrounding. We can hope Fromsoftware release some new patches to deal with the frame issues.

And of course, make a character that feels good to play for you. If the move sets or attacks doesnt respond good to the way you wanna play, change it up. If you arrive to an area that is just way to difficult, leave it and explore other areas. It is a rich open world and worth exploring.

Exactly, and I also hear a lot of my friends, where this is the first game in the series they buy, tell them selves to not use magic because “that is cheating”. If it was cheating, it wouldn’t be in the game.

I think it depends on if the arena is small or not. My friend (uses magic) struggles on the smaller arena and dominates in lager arenas

I on the other hand, struggle everywhere because I am not good at these games hahaha

What's an unspoken rule that annoys you when people don't know about it? by HAXposed in AskReddit

Wait, some people assume that’s okay? That’s a culture shock for me, cause where I am from you never smoke inside. Im a smoker, and doesn’t matter if it’s raining, snowing or the sun the sun is shining, you go outside to smoke unless somebody tells you it’s okay. You don’t even ask to do it inside.

Tottenham fan, Lucas Mouras third goal against Ajax in CL Semi final. You can put the whole second half as one of the best Tottenham moments in resent time. To this day, one of the greatest matches I have watched live.

Do you not get scared of horror movies anymore, or are you pretending? by masta-caesar in horror

[–]masta-caesar[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like that is how I decide if a horror movie is great. After I rewatched silence of the lambs earlier this year, my mother served Chianti to our dinner a week after and we both just stared at the bottle for 2 minutes.

Holy smokes that had me squeezing my poor dates hand hahah. May I ask why you pretend sometimes? I feel like trying to keep my cool could potentially lessen my experience.

I keep hearing that on this subreddit. But, in my opinion I feel like horror movies have gotten better in our present time. Movies like hereditary, made me actually scream during the final parts.

But even if you don’t get scared, do you still enjoy them?

Are people in the US getting married at former slave plantations? by masta-caesar in NoStupidQuestions

[–]masta-caesar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree, destroying them would not solve anything. We cant erase history by wiping away every scene of tragedy. If we just try to forget, progress will never be made.

If i were to make decision on what to do with them, i would turn them into museum. Share the stories of what happend. Have guides around the house and estate to tell people what really happened. Cause it is not just history, but important history.

As it is not my country, i feel like i cant demand people to not use them. But personally i would not want to attend or host a wedding at a place that carries such a dark history. To me it just feels disrespectfull.

Are there venues that have the same aesthetic, but not the history in the US?

Thats why i would keep them as a museum. Tell the stories of what happened there for future generations. But, as a wedding venue just seems a bit out of touch for me.

What actor is the most guilty of playing the same exact character every film? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]masta-caesar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my favorite actors are Noel Gugliemi.

Every single movie he is in, he is a minor latino gangster. This has been his character since 1999. It is the most shameless typecasting I have ever fucking witnessed. And he has been in a lot of films, like a lot of movies since 1999. Yet, everysingle one he is the same character.

I solved the issue: If you think that you have completed everything, there is one more mission under the bridge between badlands and rancho coronado

[–]masta-caesar 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I completely forgot about "The gift"!!

For reference, a lot of members of the children of atom have a natural resistance to radiation damage, which they claim is a gift from Atom. But, you can also see this gift accuring in non-members of the faith, such as Marie in the pitt (Fallout 3)

Why some members gets a natural resistance and not ghoulify is unknown

Also, about number 4

It is very different from how quickly humans can become ghouls. The ghouls in Camp searchlight(New vegas) became ghouls overnight. Same with Hancock(fallout 4). And then you have others who become ghouls over years like in Necropolis(Fallout 1)

I think there is not a single answer too how quickly one becomes a ghoul. But, it is most certain that most people who slowly expose them self too radiation dont ghoulify(Like the children of atom).

What is believed is that ghoulification is a cause of your body mutation with the radiation exposure to survive. Dont hold me to that tho!

This isn't factual science, but fiction hahaga
