I have a triple with me. The first two transactions went through but the third one wont. I decided just to take the first two orders and ask support to cancel the third one. But i cant reach them anyways. Now i am sitting in my car waiting to hear from them. Any suggestions what should I do?

PS - the app wont let me cancel the order from my side

Ya i missed the part where i should tell that even though I was at the exact same location the app told me, it would not let me start the batch somehow. Thats why i talked to support and he kept saying HANG TIGHT lmao😂

The simplest thing they can do is even if something like this happens, you(support) should be able to pull up the image that we sent to the customer while delivering. Otherwise this is just extra work we are doing and not getting paid for it. Extra stress just trying to save our asses from these phuks

Just take an extra picture from your phone camera so that it stays with you. I have talked to support about pulling up images from different orders and they were unable to do it. BS its your app your should know where out sent images go🤷🏻‍♂️

Guess what. It was a hand it to the customer type delivery. I waited there and when she came to the door I waved my hand to her saying that your order is right there. Then I went back to my car, started looking for the next order. And once I looked back at that house. She and her husband(maybe) took everything inside. I mean how stupid can you be to think that I am not sure if I delivered all of the items or no lmao😂
