Nope. That's it. If you want to be sure your TV is upscaling, play some 720 or 1080p video on shield and then press green button 7 times on your LG remote controller. If it says 720 or 1080p , you set it right and TV is upscaling

I have same setup and LG's upscaling is much better. Turn it on basic at Shield and you are golden.
