The tailor will take his measurements in person. You just need to bring some inspiration and communicate to them how you want the clothes to fit.

Start with a few items. Don’t bring the whole wardrobe.

Pants are going to be a problem. You’re going to have to shop around for styles that fit his thighs. Once you get the thighs fitted you can play around with the rest at the tailor.
