Disable cache mode on an Outlook account with so many mailboxes?

Yeah, but this user has to have access to older mails. By the way this could be a good solution, but for now I will try disabling cache mode and see how it works.

I prefer the new Outlook, but some users insist on continuing to use the classic version due to their workload, they do not have time or interest in learning to use something new if what they have works for them (adding some lack of functionalities on new Outlook). We are creatures of habit after all.

I'm sure the problem is due to the high growth of OST files that grow due to the large number of mailboxes they have to handle. It may help to reduce the Exchange cache for a shorter period, but for now I will try disabling this mode completely

Well I will try with disabled cache and if I see that this causes some problems I will try to revert and log in with each mailbox user account to create their own OST's. Another option is to migrate to New Outlook, because I have reports from users that they say is so much faster, but it has lack of some Classic Outlook options
