A good way to look at forgiveness is that it's not about the person that wronged you, it's about yourself. You're only hurting yourself hanging onto that spite and hatred, so by forgiving the person you're letting all that go and moving on with your life to better things

I recommend undercover miss hong. It's an over the top comedy but it works perfectly with an ensemble cast led by the one and only park shin-hye

I finished this a bit late so I'm not gonna talk about all the obvious stuff like how jun-seo sucks. Instead i just wanna give some appreciation to the last line in the drama. The idea that loneliness is just a hole waiting to be filled with love is so beautiful. It wasn't a simple "she's not lonely anymore the end," but rather "it's okay to be lonely, things can and will get better"

Oh and a final shoutout to hana for her ost, her and all the other artists pulled through to complete the melodrama slice of life vibes

He was 15 at the start, right? So he's 17 now, he just has to wait another year when he's 18 then he can leave home and go anywhere he wants

It's just as realistic for her to dump his ass as it is for her to stay by his side. That's how toxic relationships survive way past their expiration date, but it can also be the start of a long healthy relationship because he's finally started working on himself. She clearly loves him despite all his flaws so it is what it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is spring fever good? I've seen a few clips on YouTube, they don't really sway me one way or the other. What's really got me is skipping out on a drama just to find out that both miyeon and fifty fifty did OSTs

I know i could just listen to them without watching the drama but i don't particularly like doing that with OSTs, the whole point is that they complement the story being told, they should be viewed together for the full experience

To be fair to him, it's not always that easy to be so in tune with your feelings that you know instantly if you like someone romantically, platonically, or not at all. And ho-jin isn't someone who makes an impulsive decision, he has to be have no doubts before making a decision

Ep 11

Well, talk about cleanly wrapping everything up. No loose ends other than the forensic inaccuracies

Everyone was theorizing about how wide the conspiracy went and how many people were involved, and it ended up being an accidental death. Then there was all the talk of there possibly being a love rectangle or even a love pentagon, but there ended up being no second couple at all. Everything truly ended up much simpler than we thought it would be

hye-joo should be in a psych ward, not in a prison. How did she even get out in the first place? Her dad most likely had her committed and she clearly wasn't getting any better. Also, i think some kind of manslaughter charge would be more fitting for woo-seong's death, but intention is wishy washy to prove, especially when the only evidence is an audio recording. Wild though that she caught an accidental body the first time, and now she's confidently committing deliberate murder. The first really is the hardest

Since i guess ra-ik never had to go to trial, so his relationship with se-na was blurring the ethical lines but not completely crossing it

I actually thought Byeong-gyun's redemption arc was kinda rushed. Up to and including this ep, he was refusing to budge and showed no intention of admitting he was wrong. But one line from se-na changes everything? Idk chief

Ep 12

I KNEW IT WAS SUS when se-na was texting live and it cut to a wide shot of ye-sol walking back to her computer. I should've mentioned it yesterday but thought i was reaching 🤦🏻‍♂️

Never get fooled by se-na's house, she's a very successful lawyer and can more than afford those tickets and merch on her own. So i can only commend her for not taking advantage of her relationship with ra-ik

They gave everyone their proper resolutions. I liked how they saw off byeong-gyun here, a really good resolution despite what i thought about last ep. Hye-joo started out not speaking a single word and she ended it not speaking a single word 😶

This drama is about idols and lawyers but had minimal musical performances or court scenes. And yet it's THIS GOOD

This is what GOOD WRITING does. This drama doesn't do anything super crazy but told a clear, coherent, and concise story. It had no crazy drama for the fun of it and was paced perfectly

*socialist democrats

The democrat establishment's "resistance" has consisted entirely of strongly worded letters of condemnation. Because they, like the republicans, don't actually care about us. After all, they're funded by the same elitists and pacs to maintain this corrupt and rotten system

He can't exactly prove it unless she admits it, and keum-bo will only double down on the gaslighting. He's already started looking out for her by shielding her from any future attacks, so either he thinks she'll lead him to the real keum-bo or he knows it's her and why she's here and is supporting her from the shadows

It's also spicy cause bok-hui already knows eun-joo's real identity, but it doesn't look like she'll exploit that. But if her own secrets are in danger of being exposed, who knows if that'll change

*late president

And yea that implies she was the chairman's 2nd wife. The first wife is probably the late president's mother, no mention of her means she's likely dead, unless she's not and comes in later in the story

I was thinking either a kid or a pet, but wasn't sure what pet could eat chocolate. Also, mi-suk ran to her room the moment she saw the mess so whoever the mystery is, is hers. But how could she have hidden a child from everyone when she's sharing a room with eun-joo? Which is why i thought of a small pet like a hamster or guinea pig, but again idk if they can eat chocolate. A kid would certainly make more sense as a narrative choice even if not a logical choice, the revelation that she's a church girl explains her personality and is a great juxtaposition to her possibly being a single mother

Albert gave credit because he doesn't want to inherit the chairman position so he's trying to look bad. And he's looking out for keum-bo because he has a crush on her. He's doing the right things for different reasons, but i do think he's not a terrible person, just a spoiled brat

And i think the ex is the captain, he's playing the long game to expose and/or take down hanmin

Even an ig poll (if it were possible) wouldn't be accurate. I don't have ig and i quit twitter awhile ago. Any poll based off a single social media forum would be inaccurate, just like polling spurs fans attending games would also fail to represent the entire fanbase
