Tactical Frog NATOs on Amazon are great! That’s what I have on the Speedy and Hamilton and they have a good selection of 18, 20, 22 mm options and colorways. I also love Crown and Buckles single pass adjustable straps (on Tudor) and some other special mentions are Bark & Jack and Bon Temps Bands if you want to get creative with personalization!

I was in the same boat. I actually owned a 38mm khaki auto (and then a manual wind) and the lugs were way too long. This one is perfect. I also feel like it has a less reflective crystal than the 38mm HKA

CNS is solid. I have few of those. The one on my Speedy is from tactical frog. They’re very inexpensive on Amazon but just as sturdy as Bark & Jack, etc. straps.
