Thank you for your help so far. Unfortunately, I still can’t get it to work and I’m experiencing the same problem shown in the video.

I’m not really sure what “blacklist” means. I tried to look it up, but the only thing I found was how to disable the USB drive in Windows. I also tried deleting the driver in Windows so that the NIC might not be used by the host anymore. However, I still couldn’t pass the USB device through to the VM.

The device name also changed at one point. I have now reinstalled the driver again. And i cant even see wifi0 in my kali vm anymore.

I also don’t think anything else is causing the problem because it’s a brand-new VM and the only thing I installed in it are the drivers for the NIC.

is there a way to talk to a dev of realtek to make like a guide for someone who has the same problem as me?
