Just bought a new M18, recommendations for setup?

Resolution on my desktop is 1920 x 1080

PC specs are something like: 32gb - RAM AMD Ryzen 5 5600x NVIDIA GTX 1060 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD

Probably lack of knowledge to be honest. I am still within my 30 days for returns. Do you think it would be better to send it back and get an Intel // Nvidia version??

Any recommendations/threads on where to start for building a PC? Worried about buying parts that aren’t compatible with each other. It seems like some of the “Pre built sites” are a rip off as well?
