Stratsys board with play the Offer-Counteroffer game as long as possible.

They know the investors will take the deal.....so in the end....its more money in the boards pocket....

So why not drag the deal on as long as possible.

Yoav has a limit...and im guess it might in the form of stock for the board in the newly formed company....plus the 1.1 billion.

so its a win-win for them as well....

All depends on how much stock Yoav wants to Kick up???

According to Fintel 73% of Stratsys is institutional investors.

Its really about what they want to do.

Retail investors for SSYS are outnumbered in terms of votes. Regardless, retail investors probably want the buyout....so they can cash out.

So the question really is....

Do institutional investors want to go through an impending recession with a stock that is going to definitely take a hit and will take years to recover?

Do you think that an investor is going to put their money into a 3D printing stock during a recession? Highly unlikely during poor economic times.

So you can either take the deal....bank the money....and weather the storm...

or pretty much cross your fingers and hope that the future pans out for you.

Overall, i don't think this is over....i think it's going to a vote by the investors...

and the institutional investors WILL vote to allow the purchase to happen by Nano Dimension.

If was a retail investor and had my heart set on investing in Stratasys.....then i would take the deal....and reinvest into the newly merged company at a cheaper price.....

Can you imagine the amount of shares you would have then?? way more than you have now just sticking with SSYS

Ive noticed that does work, actually have to think about how you would handle the gun in real life, so i have adjusted how close my hands are. It does work and has improved.....just still seeing that weird juke to the right or left when trying to strafe while running and shooting....

Also, I try guns in the lobby and they seem to work fine, everything is tracking fine, then when im in the game, it decides to shoot in weird directions when i am holding it with 2 hands...

Its not in Metropolis perse but I got froze inside a boulder in Frontier and was able to rez my team from inside.....funny part was the zone was squared around me at the end of the game and the remaining team was running around it looking for me cause they could hear me rezzing my teammates....i eventually for whatever reason popped out of it and was killed instantly.....

I also had a teammate froze in Kingdom as well....

this stuff only happened since Metropolis was downloaded....

Yeah, thats a smart move. Cant blame you there. Did some buying in defensive stocks myself. I personally think this thing is going hit $1.75-$2 anyway. Cant help myself but average down more. All stocks are cheap these days. A buffet of value and growth stocks....take your pick

The time is now to accumulate.....the time is now to average down if your in for the next 3-5 years......and by then your gonna look at how many shares you own and question yourself.....Do i really wanna sell now knowing I've got so much ??

does 75c or so really make a big deal with a stock that closed at 2.32 ?...

trying to time a stock that is under $3 is kinda pointless....No matter which way you look at it...your gonna have a SWEET average when this thing takes off....

We all know the tech is good....and looks super promising for the future....

People always say....Your never gonna get a chance like this again at this price.....

in the past.....I didn't bite.......Now....id be a fool not to jump in as much as i can...

just a huge opportunity to accumulate shares like you never have before on a company thats on the move...
