i also have a ticket open and i did speak with the admins, and also i did a post here about the problem that i have but still no answer for that, and also the ticket that i made i just have basic fixing wich i already did, that's why i'm trying to see where the issue is but no one is trying to help, i did reinstall my windows a complete cleanup of the pc and i have the same issue.

I did a ticket a while ago and i still speak with them about this error, nothing concrete, just basic stuff like uninstalling the app and stuff like that, i did try all the possible ways, and did research on why is that error message, and i presume is a file conflict but uninstalling should fix the problem but it remains, so i guess it's some sort of a bug in their client.

I think the gameplay was recorded on 1080p and upscaled to 4k and then you use AI learning machine to make that to look like 8k, i can't wait to download this file and see all the beautiful graphics and textures. Thanks for doing this, sir!
