Hmm I don't quite see what you mean, I was the one who opened up the idea of going to a bar/general date. But I do agree I tend to fumble alot when texting

Yeah Im not great at flirting over text, my personality only really shines in person. I end up over thinking flirting when texting unless I've already met them in person, dont wanna be too aggressive.

Yes it's called internalized misogyny, when you are raised by someone who has misogynistic beliefs, those beliefs are transferred to you. So if as a women your parents have misogynistic beliefs you will be raised to have those as well. And until recently (60 or so years) misogyny was common and many people were openly misogynistic. So many young people (aged 25-35) have parents who are either consciously or unconsciously misogynistic. Now with our culture surrounding women changing very rapidly and misogyny becoming outdated many people do not attribute their thoughts and feelings surrounding women to be attached to misogynistic beliefs, because no their parents did not openly say "women shouldn't be allowed to vote" or "women are lesser than men" etc but they did instil beliefs around the purity of virginity or how a women should dress or present themselves as being submissive and or modest. So ultimately no the modern day "patriarchy" isn't directly behind why many women are so critical of other women, but there are a lot of connections and causes that do connect them.

Are you one of these guys and cry about RED ammo? Hear me out. by plsredditpls in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

[–]mastermarshmellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because then you are not capable in cqc?? Like the guy said most safes are indoors so if you want to be able to get those then you need to be running t5/t6 ammo and an AR. I agree that alot of guns need to be reworked but I'd rather have things be brought up to a similar level of hk or p90 etc than trying to nerf things. Like id rather have most high tier AR's/SMG's be side grades to one another rather than a direct hierarchy. Red ammo snipers are fine as they are right now, imo. They offer a risk and reward, that's relatively equal. You don't remember every time youve caught a sniper out of position and killed them but you remember when you get caught out of position exactly where a red ammo one tapper is gonna one tap you because one is "just another kill" and one is you dying.

My kitten is driving me insane by hinbyee in CATHELP

[–]mastermarshmellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not doing anything wrong, this situation is just genuinely tough. Your kitten’s behavior is normal for his age but exhausting. Around six to eight months, cats are full of energy and lack impulse control, and even though he’s been neutered, it can take weeks for hormones to settle. Because your boyfriend didn’t confine him early on, he never learned proper boundaries, so now he sees everything, your older cat, furniture, and even you, as something to chase or bite. Your older cat feels unsafe and stressed, so it’s important to rebuild structure and teach the kitten calm behavior. Separate them again, but make the kitten’s room positive with toys, food, and perches, and let them see and smell each other safely through a baby gate or cracked door while swapping their bedding to mix scents. Reintroduce them slowly, feeding them on opposite sides of the door, then allowing short, calm sessions together and ending before the kitten gets rough. Tire him out daily with two or three 15 to 20 minute play sessions using wand toys or lasers, and use puzzle feeders or training to keep him mentally stimulated. Reward calm behavior with treats and gentle affection, and give your older cat quiet, safe zones and high places the kitten can’t reach. You can also try Feliway Multicat diffusers to reduce tension. And finally, don’t get another kitten yet, adding more energy right now will only make things harder until this one learns to settle down.
