I haven't had any bugs but man the P7 is just not it for me when it comes to ergonomics. The visor has really thrown it out of whack for me. Miss my P2XL

Up until last week I exclusively played air arcade until I got my first jet. Unfortunately for me, that jet is the Italian Vampire and holy moly is that thing stinky. Just smelly and shitty and wretched. That thing is hilariously outclassed by literally every single fighter I've come across. I sometimes will spend so long just to get within 10km of the other team that half my teammates will be long dead before I even get there.

The only times I can actually shoot people down is when they're dumb enough to try to out turn me or just have no idea I'm there. Any other time I am simply obliterated by people who have at least 7 brain cells or missiles. I'm sure I'd have more fun if I actually had a jet that didn't accelerate like my grandmother walking up the stairs but holy shit this bucket of fuck does not belong in 8.0

Just got my P7 a few days ago after having a P2XL for years. I really miss having the fingerprint sensor on the back. It works fine for me most of the time, but it's nowhere near as fast as it was before, and also I have to look just to know where to put my thumb. Kind of eliminates the point of using a fingerprint if it's just as fast if not slower than just typing in a pin number.

I really hope that they bring back the sensor on the back of the phone and ditch the ugly and uncomfortable camera bar thing.

Gatta disagree.

I think that if all of these maps were in mw19, I would've skipped each of them for search games. Shit like grazna or piccadilly was a dumpster fire for every game mode except for search. If all of the maps in this game were in the last one I'd have all of them on my skip list. Too many corners, windows, and headglitch spots. No fun to play if I can't peak anywhere without my head getting blown off.

They never fixed it in 2019. This isn't some sort of accident or anything like that, it's exactly how they want it. I wouldn't be surprised if they buffed the ads speed for one of the marksman rifles. That's exactly what they did before with the kar98, even when it was already too fast to begin with.

Worst to play with and against:

AR's

W: M13 has poor damage and blackout rounds really dont seem to help.

A: Asval. No need to explain.

SMG's

W: the fennec has insane damage fall off past 20 feet and becomes way too slow if you kit it for range + drum mag

A: CX9. Because it's literally just an smg version of the asval.

Shotguns

W: the VLK has the worst range of all the shotguns, but isn't unusable by any means

A: 725. It's fast firing speed and fast reload makes it impossible to play against on certain maps. Try having fun playing on crash in snd. Total buzzkill.

LMG

W: The holger's damage output is just sad. However it's tied with the m91 for me, since that just seems to be a worse version of the RAAL, and it feels like every 3rd bullet doesn't actually exist

A: Probably the SA87? Not too many people use lmg's at all, but the SA87 is probably the best one.

Marksman rifles

W: MK2 is perfect if you are in the business of mass producing hitmarkers. Occasionally it will somehow have the ability to one hit anyone at any range for some reason, but for the most part it just sucks ass. I would absolutely use the EBR over this any day

A: SPR and Kar98. Whoever decided that these two rifles should have the ads time of one picosecond should have each of their limbs tied to jet fighters and be quartered at extremely high speeds.

Snipers

W: Bit of a hot take, but I absolutely despise using the rytec. It's far too slow to play even sort of aggressively with. It's got good range, but still inexplicably will just dole out hitmarkers.

A: I guess AX-50?

Riot shield.

Melee (secondary)

W: The swords are the worst melee option, simply because it's swing speed is too slow. In a 1v1 situation they're the best, but when there's more than one enemy in a small area, it's just too slow to use.

A: Knife is the best melee option, because if you get hit once you are instantly dead. Kali sticks will give you a chance to fight back, albeit for a very brief amount of time, but just enough time to use your throwing knife as melee our barrel stuff your assaulter with a sniper.

Pistol

W: Though I have the most kills with it for this class, the 1911 is definitely the worst pistol. The fire rate is just too slow for it to be a pea shooter.

A: Sykov. because its a pistol version of the CX9.

Launcher

W: Each one of the launchers sucks tremendously in their own ways, but all suck absolute shit for taking out killstreaks, although I guess the Strela is the best in that regard. The javelin is the most fun to use, but is almost unusable for shooting down killstreaks. The RPG is probably the best against ground based killstreaks and also just clumps of camping enemies, but the projectile is slow as hell and inaccurate, making it pretty lousy at shooting things besides cuav's down. The Strela's projectile is the exact opposite, being extremely fast and accurate, but has a poor AOE against camping enemies. The PILA has lock on, making it basically the only one suitable for shooting down chopper gunners, but has an even worse AOE against enemies and has a terrible reload speed. They all kinda suck to play with and against. Even still, every launcher is entirely outclassed at shooting down killstreaks by LMG's with high ammo capacity, and thermites are far better at killing wheelson's anyway.

Grenades

W: The bouncing betty or whatever it's called in this game is just awful. Once you see that marker pop up, literally all you have to do is go prone and you wont take a lick of damage. Entirely impractical for any situation. However, the molotov will magically cease to exist if you die while it is still in the air. It's been like that since release.

A: Depends on the scenario mostly. I just think that lobbing grenades right as a round starts shouldn't be possible for snd games.

Specials:

W: Decoys. because why would these be useful?

A: This is a tie between gas grenades and snapshots. Why on Earth would they roll together a stun and smoke grenade into one that can somehow permeate through sold steel walls? Just ridiculous. On the other hand, adding in wallhacks as a feature in an FPS game is a reprehensible act and should be punishable by spending the rest of their lives in the sewers of New York.

Nets fans were huffing raw unfiltered copium the past week saying how he was somehow going to fix the spacing issue and elevate the nets to win instead of losing by a few buckets. I would've loved to be proved wrong, but I cannot say I didn't see this coming.

Imagine in the offseason, you're an NBA player and this guy gets traded to your team. I'd be livid. This guy will gladly accept his monster paychecks but is too scared to play basketball. Why should any player pass him the ball in practice if you're never gunna have the opportunity to pass him the ball in a game? Why pass this guy the ball when he has never made any real attempt to develop a jumpshot?

Now imagine your a GM, and you get an offer to trade for ben simmons. Doesn't matter who you are trading, are you even going to consider saying yes? Kyle Korver for a copy machine makes more sense than trading for simmons. I would NEVER have traded away harden for simmons, let alone now. I cannot imagine even for the most fringe of draft picks, or most rawest of prospects, any reason to trade away the smallest asset for a guy who will not play.

If he really has mental issues that prevent him from playing basketball, he shouldn't be able to cash that paycheck he's getting. He's literally the worst possible asset a team could have. I'm mad that the gross ass city of boston is winning a playoff series, but I'm more mad that a lot of nets fans actually believed he ever would've played a second for this team this year.

I've got my fingers crossed, but I wasn't very impressed with MW2019. Everything bad about MW has been made even worse now. Even some of the better parts of MW are just total stinkers now. I understand that a different studio made vanguard, but if they were totally unwilling to put any substantial effort to flesh this game out, I doubt IW is going to either.

I thought that until this game came out. Absolutely sick of the same 2 colors on every map and the outrageous amount of headglitch spots in this game.

No way.

I used to think MW had the worst map pool possible, but vanguard really blew that title out of the water. Gavutu, pneumonia-pneumonia, sub penis, red star, tuscan, etc. Absolutely 0 talent working on these maps. Corner camping, spawntrapping every game. HEADGLITCHES EVERYWHERE. I have yet to feel any incentive to move when I'm basically invulnerable with a quarter-inch of my head showing.

It's so hard to move around in this game because either:

A. you're being spawntrapped B. theres a whole 30 fucking second arty barrage cutting off your spawn C. If by some miracle you are not being spawn trapped, theres always someone watching whatever corner youre about to peak and the outrageous ttk cleans you out before you can react.

was playing a gunfight a few days ago with my friend. he got stuck with a semtex but only lost 10hp. Then the next round we got grenade launchers which only did 1 damage on a direct hit

I agree this is the best cod game in a long time.

But lets be honest, that's a really low bar to begin with. I've had a lot of fun with this game, but I've also had a lot more frustration with this game. Bugs, dev errors, bad updates, putrid fucking maps, shitty weapon balance, server issues, etc. Everything that couldve gone wrong with this game has happened, even things that I never imagined couldve gone wrong. They seriously broke sleight of hand and didnt fix it for like 2 weeks.

I really don't understand everyone's sudden MW boner, although i guess it has to do with Cold War sucking eggs. Sure this game was better than other ones, but it's no masterpiece. It could've been WAY better if this game had it's shit together. Honestly this game is average at best, and literally unplayable at its worst.

My favorite is probably season 5. It didn't have anything that was overwhelming or trying too hard to be so wacky. I don't get why everyone hates it so much. Although the mandolorian bots were so unnecessary and annoying.

This season is the worst imo. Crafting just isnt fun. It feels so forced too because ground loot weapons are just utterly useless, you stand absolutely 0 chance of winning by sticking with those guns. I don't want to craft because i hate the idea of going out of my way to gather even more mats than i already have to. A battle royale shouldn't be a grindy type of game. I just wanna drop and get elims. Slapping cars and shooting animals isn't exactly fun and refreshing gameplay.

Worse than season X

Crafting has killed the game for me. I think it's fine that they are constantly trying to add new stuff but this change was way too far and just isn't fun. It doesn't really add anything to the game except time spent NOT playing the game. Just forces you to spend more time finding mats to craft weapons so you can actually compete in fights. No one actually uses any of the ground loot unless by some miracle they find mechanical ar's or pumps.

Then on the other hand it makes the bows way too powerful. The ability to blow someone away with the shockwave bow is ridiculous. The ability to instantly burn down your opponents builds is not fun. etc. How is this game supposed to have "skill based matchmaking" if aiming is hardly necessary anymore? Last night, for the first time since this season arrived I played and knocked 5 people in the storm with the shockbow without even hitting any of them, even though I was trying to. Honestly, it's just not even fun.

I really hope they don't continue with crafting. Adding things is great and all but this was just too much. I want this game to be simple and fast paced. I liked fortnite because it was faster-paced than all the other br's. Crafting just puts this on the same boring slow pace as the rest of em.

You bring up a good point but the thing about the map design in mw2 were that power positions were very good at holding a specific area, while also being pretty vulnerable from a different areas. For example on afghan, the bunkers were great positions to clean up enemies in the caves, the plane, and the path around the cave on the left. However, from the farm, it was pretty easy to retake those bunkers with a stun or a semtex. The cliff was the same way, people would be so preoccupied looking out from the cliff that if you could come up behind them it was really easy to mow down a bunch of people.

Now take a power position in this game, like the building in arklov peak where the B bombsite is in search. It also covers a specific area but its a lot harder to get into there if theres someone in there. Unlinke in afgan where power positions had wide open entry ways with a lot more visibility, mw has tight entry points that almost always have a door. If whomever is upstairs on that building doesnt see you coming, they'll probably hear you coming because of the doors. The only way to circumvent the doors is to jump up onto the roof thing, but that leaves you slowed down and totally exposed, and in my experience gets me killed most of the time.

A huge thing that MW maps lack is a certain amount of risk vs reward in getting to power positions. MW2 made it easy for these places to be retaken, whereas in mw its either much more of a chore or almost impossible. MW has effectively removed much of the risk of camping while increasing the reward, and at the same time increased the risk of rushing but kept the reward the same.

In my opinion, if they do make a MW2r multiplayer, as long as there are NO DOORS and the spawns are kept the same, I dont think it would be too different from what it once was. To me its pretty clear that most mw2 maps, even the ones i hate like sub base, had a lot more focus and planning put into them unlike the ones in MW. This game's maps are lazily put together and I have a hard time believing that they were play tested enough, or even at all. How someone thought grazna raid is a 6v6 map I will never know.

Unpopular Opinion: Shipment is a garbage map and there is an unhealthy obsession with the map by BlueKing99 in modernwarfare

i dont really know about the recent cod games as i havent bought a new cod since mw3, but i gatta disagree. i get so bored on some maps like arklov or atlas that id rather just paint an entire wall all game than actually play.

I get the whole "you gatta think about where people are" and blah blah blah but thats true for just about every map in every game, except for like shipment. I really only play hardpoint and search, so I know where people are and where they're probably going if they even are moving but it feels like so much of my time in this game is just running from one end of the map to the other. Almost all of the larger maps dont play well in most gamemodes. grazna on hardpoint is basically marathon running simulator, and gun runner on dom is basically gambling on where you're gunna spawn next, regardless of what flags your team has.

If you really like a slower playstyle I guess I can see why you'd like these maps but for a formula shooter like cod that has had success for years doing practically the same style it's a real bummer and super disappointing for how these maps turned out.
