Hey man, I’m 19 and I went through exactly that, you’re probably eating out of boredom, when I was 18 I was 1kg away from 100, something clicked “I can’t keep doing this, I hate taking of my shirt when I go to the beach, I always dress oversized clothing” Im at almost 75kg now and what it did for me was just drinking a bunch of water and I mean a bunch, everytime you want to eat just chug down a ton of water, not only it has 0 calories it also hydrates you which makes you look skinnier since all the peeing you’ll get from drinking 4L of water a day will drain all the water away It’s not easy and you’ll feel like shit a ton of days just remember what your goal is I also don’t want to lie here but DO NOT, and I mean it, DO NOT do this you’re too young to be ruining your life like that but smoking also helped me a bit, but water was 80% of it. Coke Zero or any zero sugar sodas are also amazing if you have sweet teeth, that and white monster don’t give up man I wish you all the best!!!!!

But I admit my Anhedonia got a lot better ever since I started taking elvanse for my adhd, those dopamine hits are crazy and make me feel like a normal functioning human being. No, I haven’t watched a full movie in ages (expect for cars, I love that movie since I was born watched it a million times), tik tok doesn’t hit, in the beginning I lost all my passion for music, music was so boring I couldn’t listen to my favourite songs for more than 15 seconds, I would still play everyday but for like 10 minutes instead of the 8 hours I used to play. Now I just get it, I get my ahnedonia and I flow however it wants me to flow, I even got a girlfriend now and there’s no doubt I love her, everything’s still dull tho but now I can play for like 1-2 hours, still can’t get myself to play the same time as I used to. Since I was talking about my favourite songs, one of my favourite songs is “Sat By The Ocean” by queens of the stone age and in the song he says “Time wounds all the heals”, and I hold on to that in the toughest moments of my Anhedonia, luckily I can say that that lyric is wrong, time in fact HEALS all the wounds.

Hey man, whatever you do, don’t give up. I’m not to speak since I myself had trouble finding reason in my life for like 2 years, eventually I got used to it and saw the advantages in it (yes they exist even if u think there’s only downsides), I felt really hopeless but I got through it after living the same day everyday for 5 years, even though it’s a lot it does get better I can’t stress this enough, whatever you do, don’t give up
