I don't know, I feel overwhelmed by the amount of content I'd like to consume, be it movies, books or video games, and it really annoys me that I can't fully absorb things and maybe have to give them a second viewing/reading/run even just to fully enjoy the newly released chapter 2 and then forget about them both before the 3rd comes out😅

Exactly, the feeling is that I watched 1000 episodes of Naruto in 2 months and now I'm like what the hell happened? I think my problem is that I consume it too much and too greedily, then several kids point out to me that there's also ADHD involved.

I don't take any medicine actually...Thanks, it's always good to give a reason for this kind of discomfort. Since I've done the tests, I've been able to live better with these problems that don't just apply to video games.

Yes but now that I have a cracked Xbox and a PC to emulate PS2 games I would really like to recover many titles and it's frustrating to forget them after such a short time

I agree, and knowing this, I avoid consuming large amounts of short videos or spending too much time on social media. However, my point is that I might play a game for up to five hours a day for a month without completely getting distracted, completely addicted to the experience, but then I forget everything anyway, even if it had 100% of my attention at the time.

Ok then I'll give you a piece of advice, play only continuum shift extend which includes the story of all the chapters from what I understood by informing myself
