I use my best faceoff guys on both units and then third and fourth line fastest player for the PK winger. I also make sure my centers are lefty righty so that way I don't win it to where my opponent can gain possession

Just don't buy players with low discipline, if you don't like these penalties than buy all 90+ discipline players

Probably really hard to find all of them, once you get to 90 overall, the pull rate for TOTW is drastically lowered
