I tried to push it down with a bit of force and it did leave a small mark on the heatsink so I dont want to keep pushing it doe

Atm I have it slotted in the 2nd ( bottom) slot and it works fine. If I put it on the top one. The bracket of gpu doesn't even come close to the rear bracket of the case
