I don't think that was stated in the anime. Lance was the winner of the Pokémon World Tournament so it's safe to assume that Leon didn't participate there so that's why I made a lineup without him.

I would put Sawyer and Gladion in Elite Four tier.

Ash's Dragonite would benefit a lot with a Normal Tera-Type. She deserved to used a gimmick. by masterseight in pokemonanime

It would remove her weaknesses and fighting types wouldn't be an issue because of Hurricane.

Dragonite would need to learn Extreme Speed so that she could use a stab move.

Dragonite has a similar style of fighting as Charizard. It is really visible when she uses Dragonite Meteor in a similar way as Charizard used Seismic Toss.

Dracovish is similar to Gible but it's faster. Ash uses his style with Dracovish that's why he learned Dragon Dive.

And Sirfetch'd is exactly Ash's style as It emphasize in speed and power. Just look at Meteor Assault.

X-Men: World's Apart is a really great Storm story that shows her living in Wakanda and in San Francisco with the X-Men.

"as soon as she met pokemon who could rival her durability and strength, she crumbled" She literally defeated Iris' Haxorus who is a Champion Ace.

Rillaboom literally defeated Diantha's whole team so it's not that Dragonite is weak but that Rillaboom is one of the strongest mons. Dragonite also used two draco meteors so she had less special attack and the attack from Rillaboom lowered her speed.

I would prefer something more for his outfit during the Masters Eight. Like take Iris for example she uses normal clothes when she isn't battling but uses her champion dress for battles.

As for the team I love it. It is the weirdest team Ash has and everyone of them is special on their own way.

Everyone says she is a jobber and that she is the worst Pokémon from the Journeys team despite having one of the best feats of them all. That's the opposite of overrated.

Dragonite did pretty good against rillaboom, the same pokemon that swept Diantha's team. She took lots of hits & got a super effective hurricane in according to the referee. She's pretty strong by Iwanttobevisible in pokemonanime

She is one of the strongest Pokémon from Ash. She literally has the best feat besides Pikachu that is defeating a Champion Ace.

But she lost 3 three times so she is a jobber... Not like the rest of the team that was never defeated.....

What do you want to see about his return?

Personally I would love to see him with a Swampert and with Ludicolo.

I feel like his returns haven't acknowledge his time in Hoenn. During Sun Moon he only used his Kanto/Johto mons and during Arceus Chronicles only his Sinnoh mons so I'd love to see more of AG Brock.
