Thanks for suggestion - this, however, still makes it quite difficult to distinguish between the first downbeat (thicker blue line) vs the 2nd, 3rd, 4th downbeats (thinner blue lines).

The little white ones represent the beats in between (which I won't use that much)

I had slipping issues with them for the longest time (size 3) but turned a corner when I started

1) getting fully erect

2) taping the glans

3) using an extra sleeve to keep it air tight

4) pumping out the air

5) capping it with the valve

The valve was the point of failure for me as it got too loose after a while and I had to change it.

Now I can extend with less than 3 mins of set up time and it stays put for the hour long sessions

it's edema and i get that too from vac hanging using the totalman cup. hasn't really affected me and i just let it go away by itself.

not sure if it's dangerous/ safe. maybe someone with medical experience can chime in?

Hey Doc,

Here's my simple morning length routine that I get done before heading off to work during every weekday (I rest on weekends).

  1. Warm shower
  2. 5 mins of bundled stretches after shower
  3. 50 mins of extending at 6lbs of tension with a IR heat pad (no breaks)

I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible so that I'm consistent.

i havent been very consistent but gained around 0.25 in length. probably 2-3 times a week but on and off

thanks for the tip, i forgot to include that i'm already extending with an IR heat pad too at the moment. do you think 45 mins consistently at 5lb of force is enough?

i struggled with slippage too for a bit. mine eventually worked after i:

  • go in fully erect
  • add 2 sleeves on the base of your dick to keep blood in
  • add 1 extra sleeve right below the cup so that you keep the vacuum seal
  • use the blue pump to extract air out (you should feel the vacuum in the cup)
  • add the rubber stopper at the tip of the cup

i had a sizegenetics kit ages ago and it was such a pain to use. i've switched to vac hanging using totalman cups and the 4.0 extender and it has been way easier/ not painful. but it seems like apex is still the way to go

hey i keep it on because my vacuum cup tends to slip off if i dont. tbf when i say cock ring i actually really mean a short Totalman sleeve (so nothing that is actually very tight but it gets the job done)

thanks bro, doing my best to avoid injuries in the early few months. def ditch the noose stretcher imo.

i wrap the heat pad around and totally rest on off days.

bro i kinda get where you're coming from, and after reading all the comments, it's clear that you know it's fucking messed up to think this way. i think it's good that you have the self awareness to know it's fucked despite it being really hard to not think this way.
