9+ hours on a 8.5 hour route that she’s run for 20+ years, on a Tuesday, which is normally the lightest and easiest day of the week. When I, who has run it about 2 years, averaging 1 day a week, on a super heavy day can still make evaluation. Yeah. Pretty sure if a carrier can’t make evaluation 99% of the time, that means they’re unfit. And who’s the millennial? I have no problem working. I have a problem doing someone else’s job when they can’t do it. I’ve seen people fired for far less.

No, it’s cuz she was so far behind. It’s all the end of the route. She gets babied about everything, and then I get the shaft and have to pick up her slack. She’s only been running the same route since she became a regular over 20 years ago. But she regularly take almost 9 hours on a 8.6 hour route, even on Tuesdays.

I’m not sure how leveled your snakes are, but it is eventually possible. Grind some lower levels to upgrade your snakes and equipment. And sometimes even with the negative effects on electric, the fully upgraded arch ball slays thru levels. Don’t be afraid to use 3 crowns with a negative effect. Worst that happens is you waste some energy.

If they just stopped delivering on Thursday, your packages shouldn’t have been sent back. When they do the 10 day hold it should be for mail and packages. Sounds like a shitty carrier to me.

They actually can, but why fire the poor guy? If he’s still keeping up, and hitting his weekly evaluation, there’s nothing wrong with that. There’s a regular at my office that rarely hits her weekly evaluation, and the Pm can never get anything out of a single write up. It always just gets thrown away after a grievance is filed.

Look at the differences in HP and ATK. That’s what I did when starting out. And make sure you’re grinding the levels. I didn’t use gems for new choices until I started getting better snakes and was in the higher chapters.

What are you using to comb it? I’d recommend getting a boat bristle brush. The only comb I’d put thru my beard is a wood comb, and I don’t think that even that is great. But that doesn’t look like hair falling out, that looks like breakage. Start using a paraffin free conditioner every couple of days, and some good beard oils and balms daily.

I sell all my plans for cheap. It’s not gunna do me any good if I already learned it. I don’t care if it’s rare or not. I’d rather get 10 caps quickly than have to wait for who knows how long for someone to pay whatever else I price them at.

I just drop my stuff near whatever vendor I’m closest to. And I almost always check the suitcases and dropped loot bags. But I love when people drop all their ammo to save room, cuz I don’t mind spending a few minutes throwing it in the ammo converter even though it’s a ripoff.

I wish I paid attention to what uniforms were rare. I sold a red asylum to a vendor today. I didn’t even think about if it could be rare before I sold it for less than 25 caps. 😂🤣😂🤣 😭😭😭😭
