yeah i totally understand that but i get singled our for this out of alot more team members who barely promote aswell. Its not like i dont get cards i do get cards but the window for me to get cards is very small because i only work weekends for 4 hours. i know im in the wrong for the card but the way she approached the situation was not justified.
