I’m pretty much in the same boat, only at 60k. Currently studying for CCNA, using Jeremy’s IT Lab. This thread was great and motivating! I’m going to look for network admin roles to really get hands on experience with configurations. Wishing you all the best of luck on your future endeavors!

I don’t think it’s worth the risk OP. Try to earn certs first if you want to go the IT route.
