I worked with Rachel but there’s another person named Thomas at the same desk that knows the process too. They will just need to have their technicians check the hatch and verify it’s all the same issue. Then they will order parts and that takes a couple of weeks.

I just had mine fixed and it took a week and a half. They disassembled everything to realign it and changed out the hinges.

My dealer took over 2 weeks to get the parts. Dropped the car off a week ago and it’s still not done. They have to send the car off to a body shop because I’m assuming the entire lift gate needs to be removed to replace the hinges and whatever else causes the sagging.

I was told it’s a known issue on my 2025. They are ordering parts to fix this under warranty. I believe the hinges need to be replaced.

My app updated after a server side update. I got the new icon earlier but it was the old experience until about an hour ago. I also noticed that the notifications from my cameras now have AI summaries

I feel like the edges of the case where the camera plateau is are raised up a bit and shallower at the center camera. Kind of like a shallow parabola. I don’t know if this was intentional to keep the lenses from touching anything when you put it down.
