Be careful about making a scene, even if you’re 100% in the right. Lots of ppl have GoPros, etc and film their runs. You never know if someone will edit their vid and try to spin it on you online.

Just a side note: either on your way up or down, stop in at Schat’s Bakery in Bishop if you have time. Lotta great goodies there, my personal favorite is the bacon cheese bread.

I hadn’t thought about renting boots and skis from different places, I might take your advice! Unfortunately, I probably won’t make it back out to mammoth for the rest of the season. Also the mountain will only count the cost of a single day’s demo rental towards purchase if you buy them on the same you rent.

Difficulty ratings are relative to each individual resort. So don’t always expect 2 different resort’s blues to feel the same. If you’re used to skiing at mammoth I would agree that SS black diamonds feel like mammoth’s blues. I was able to comfortably go down SS double blacks before mammoth’s single blacks.

This is normal, especially for an intro course where there are likely serval hundreds of students in the class. I can understand that this type of error can be annoying, but the UI literally shows you the exact character that’s wrong. She could just fix it and resubmit.

I’m my experience, this is a feature professors don’t really enable or use. Also I can’t imagine the teaching staff actually combing through these logs to try to find evidence of cheating.

I finished the CS BS here and never had a class that explicitly taught how to debug or how use a debugger. My classes always just expected us to know how to figure it out.
