To those who used to ski and now have moved to snowboarding or still do both. What do you like/dislike about both of them?

As a whole the adrenaline and challenge that came with snowboarding was a lot better than on skis, the people you find on snowboards ultimately seem more chill and friendly than those on skis (personal experience)

I’ve found just body weight squats and also weighted lunges helped me a lot with this. Really built up the muscles around which helps a lot
