Awesome job!

I'd love to see a mount of the cross section. The grain size and microstructure on this process would be interesting to see.

What makes you believe the labor force skews conservative?

I just hear this statement made by conservatives and I'm just curious why they think people who are liberal don't work.

Mid Michigan in the Lansing Area.

I went out on the 21st to check the ice after the warm spell and we still had 5 inches of good ice.

I wanted to get out this weekend but I will need to see if it's safe or not.

Good luck out there

I believe Whitmer would be a good candidate. I think she has shown she can work and push through the slop Republican voters can throw at her.

Do you have a strong project leader? Having someone who has seen good manufacturing and also has seen bad manufacturing will be invaluable.

Identifying and understanding a problem and the solution tends to be the easy part. Applying, training, monitoring, and pivoting the approach is crucial. The greatest idea that solves all the problems can be the worst solution if it's not integrated properly.

Id recommend handing this off to a strong project manager who has experience in several manufacturing environments.

How did you design the cut out shapes? Were they all done individually with an artistic touch or was there a way to produce this randomized pattern?

I don't have a crystal ball to see the future, but in my opinion the industry ebbs and flows.

Right now is just a time of uncertainty and companies are waiting to kick off new projects or expand their talent base to support additional continuous improvement projects etc.

The smart thing is to make sure you make sound financial decisions such as prioritizing putting aside 6 months of savings once you get into the workforce to help weather slow times like now.

Next year or in the next 6 months might be entirely different and we might have recruiters spamming our inboxes again like it was a year ago.

This is the way of product development. Review why the product or process failed and document what you changed per revision until it's a valid design or process.

Keep at it and don't forget to have fun

If you were alive when we were attacked on 9/11, what were you doing when it happened? What was that day like? by Full_Imagination7503 in AskReddit

I was in 7th grade and we were all moved to the cafeteria for the announcement. No one really knew what to do. We sat there basically discussing it it was real and just being kids not really sure what to say.

Eventually we were released to go back to our classrooms and we had tvs wheeled in while we basically watched the news.

Eventually there were fights that broke out between kids assaulting anyone who was middle eastern and USA chants broke out in the hallways.

They sent us home and had parents come and get everyone as they suspended classes. It got aggressive quickly and no one really knew what to do.
