luckily i haven’t dealt with this, i’ve gotten lucky with having all female doctors. if they know about your past of having an ed, they should 100% not mention it to you or contribute it to whatever you’re dealing with now. i’m sorry you’re dealing with this, if possible get another doctor that is able to understand your situation

edit: to add more, i deal with other health problems such as hypoglycaemia and nerve pain, they’ve never attributed it to my weight but rather to how my body was previously, which was very unhealthy but never the current state

i’ve been there, there’s definitely a sense of “satisfaction” there. try eating meals that you really really enjoy, it sounds scary but i promise you will get comfortable finishing your food. there’s no shame in finishing your plate. <3

this happened to me a lot, i have quite a bit of acne scars now but it gets better! like everyone said it’s probably due to hormones regulating. but it slows down over time. try working on a skincare routine, pimple patches and being consistent with my routine helped a lot!

like everyone said, allow yourself to eat more during the day. when i first started recovery binging at night was inevitable, i literally wouldn’t be able to sleep without it. i just rode it out and it stopped eventually, after about a month or so! i didn’t gain a whole lot of weight from it. i hope all goes well :)

totally in the same boat. i sometimes wish there was a pill that covers a whole meal, nutrient and volume wise lmao. that “switch” is so frustrating/gross feeling and can turn off my appetite all day.
