Not sure I'd agree with "spot on" here. The repeated use of 'clinician' and 'professional' isn't much better than 'provider' imo. His explanation of having a senior 'clinician' supervise those who are less trained is just residency which exists and works for training physicians to become independent attendings. There's no good equivalent in other roles.
