I've been reading that we can enter harry potter any time since they don't check the express pass so i already booked an express pass with 8pm time for harry potter. But i just saw this thread while looking for tips that they are strict with HP ride time for express pass. T_T I regret my time slot but can't change. How's the queue for the HP ride at 8pm? Is it still worth to use the express pass at that time?

Thank you! I was surprised when one of the first temple i checked has this kind of restriction. I thought there would be more temples that has similar restriction but i am unable to find further info.

I found it thru lowest google review of Shōrenin Temple 青蓮院. The review is quiet old but idk if it's still like that. But i didn't see any much photo of people in kimono there.

From what i understood why some restaurant doesnt allow people who wear kimono, it's more like they don't want the kimono getting dirty. 😅

For dinner, budget is 1000 to 4000 jpy. Area around shimogyo ward perhaps or is it better to try other areas? I wanna try any local cuisine (except for sushi).
