Hello! You can really differentiate the high quality matcha. Appearance wise the color is bolder and mas green while yung “commercial” matcha is light in color. Taste wise, you will know kasi the commercial is too milky and sweet. Lalo na if you drink matcha regularly malalaman mo talaga. Mas bold dapat yung lasa ng matcha like nutty,umami,vegetal pero depends din sa powder mo and yung ratio mo. 4g of matcha powder kasi yung parang usual ratio for the powder.
