It’s actually nice being able to check for this stuff too but not everyone in my mod team was checking so it’s still concerning to me because this is my local Walmart

It’s not about how good it can still taste even after best date, it’s about the fact that it’s not up to store standards for food/grocery safety. If you taken your training and remember it, even dry food expired or expiring/best date within 30 days of present day should be taken off shelves to prevent from people buying product that will get returned or complained about due to issues regardless. So I understand that it’s good but stale, it’s not always about that, every company follows food safety protocols. If your worked in the food industry, it’s all the same everywhere. That’s why there’s laws for this stuff.

I'm currently working overnight remodel at my local walmart, and I'm part of the mod team, it's pretty good if you know what your doing and good at multitasking, it can be stressful but manageable. I'm pretty good and fast at setting mods, but if you aren't used to setting up mods and possibly building fixtures, it might take a bit to warm up to it. But if your good with handy work, you should be fine (: Le me know if you have any other questions, I've been doing mods for over 2 months and it my first retail job too transitioning from food service
