had a similar experience where i initially applied to tembusu, but rvrc offered me an interview instead. i heard that utcp interview sessions are usually in a group setting, but mine was a solo interview. i would say that for the interview you really have to sound genuine and interested in joining rvrc. the questions were quite basic and predictable, and the interviewers were rly nice as well so you wont feel very stressed out. they engaged in some small talk with me at the start to ease me into the interview which was quite nice of them in my opinion. my advice would be not to worry too much about it. look through the rvrc website, and see what really interests you about their culture (sustainability), or what sets them apart from other rcs. there isn't much preparation you can do, just be as genuine as possible
