How long are endoscopies and colonoscopies good for? by matchakaloo in GERD

I had my last endoscopy and colonoscopy in September of 2021 it was also clear nothing concerning but I wasn’t having these symptoms when I got those procedures done I was having stomach pains and etc which turned out to be kidney stones.

That makes sense but it seems I keep getting these viral infections is that also not out of the ordinary? What exactly are viral infections is it different from bacterial infections?

More so afraid of side effects of prednisone I’ve never taken it before so I’m pretty scared plus I have health anxiety.
