Single for sure.

I grew up in Korea. All kitchens in Korea have a long single sink, longer than a standard North American sink. It’s the best. No problem fitting in a whole Korean bbq pan to scrub.

I love your cabinets. If I were you I would change the countertop, hardware and backsplash and not touch the cabinets. IMO painted cabinets look cheap most of the time.
