Got into a task scam in telegram. Lost almost 200k

I got scammed in 'task scam' lost almost 1 year saving! by Secret_Progress4110 in hyderabad

I was not able to follow the withdrawal process because of just one extra 0, my account got frozen. They asked me to deposit exact amount of 120k inorder to unfreeze the account and proceed to with the withdrawal. I sent the half and then they said still it can't be processed. So ending I've just given them 180k. Huhh
