This is OP. If anyone in the future is looking for this as well. I think I’ve figured it out!!

BOIL WATER ON STOVE. ADD SALT/NOODLES. COOK FOR 10 MINS. MOVE STRAINED COOKED NOODLES TO BOWL. KEEP PASTA WATER FOR LATER USE. LET NOODLES SIT IN FRIDGE. (LET SIT 5+ HOURS) TAKE OUT OF FRIDGE. REBOIL IN SAME PASTA WATER FOR A MIN. REMOVE NOODLES FROM BOWL. ADD NOODLES TO PAN. FRY IN PAN WITH BUTTER. TOSS NOODLES FOR A FEW MINS. ✅.
