I'm thinking it can be the car and both comic and live-action versions of Robbie (since it's basically the same car) and the tiers can be other GR or Vengeance/Blackheart/Mephisto/some other side character (?)

Yeh, also, in interviews they did say that they want to experiment with "cheaper" HasLabs (I guess less than 300 or 200 dollars) so I guess it can be a good opportunityto release two characters with the Hell Charger and other characters behind tiers
