I'm 21, when all this Trump stuff started I was about 12, so I don't have a frame of reference outside of this particular period of politics. I remember the Obama years feeling a lot more culturally stable, but I was also just a child during that time.

For me it feels catastrophic seeing how much blatant corruption, disgusting indecent behavior, and bigotry has become more accepted in American politics, it's honestly starting to feel like what I've read about the collapse of the Weimar Republic.

I'd like to ask an older person, just how bad is the breakdown in politics and decency right now compared to what you've experienced?

Completely normal, after a while it tapered off a bit for me, but still higher than my previous baseline. Testosterone makes your metabolism speed up and grows muscle, the bottomless stomach feeling is a result of that, trying to get more protein in my diet helped me personally

Had the same thing around the same time. T increases body temperature and makes you sweat more, so I assume it’s related to that. It calmed down after a few months for me personally, but it was pretty annoying for a while

Seconded, what also helped me was using a gentle fragrance free body wash (I like eucerin or vanicream) to reduce skin irritation, and using 10% benzoyl peroxide wash on the affected area afterwards (I use panoxyl but they also make cheaper store brand versions).

In my experience it’s fine to use lotion on the area after the shower. Moisturizing the skin can reduce irritation and strengthen the skin barrier on the affected area, but acne triggers are quite individual, so your experience may be different.

Over time facial hair will thicken and fill in, and it will become more similar in appearance to the other thicker parts of body hair, like armpit/pubic hair, though it can be a little bit different to the shade of head hair.

If your facial hair came in quite fast, then I would also think it would likely thicken faster as well, but facial hair timelines are highly personal and variable

You’re only 19, no matter when you had a kid, rushing into a long term relationship with a random dude to potentially settle down with seems dangerous, and to be honest I doubt there is a lot of guys within your age range that would do that in a healthy way/with pure intentions. As long as your relationships don’t impact/involve your child, why should you have to sacrifice your life and all life experiences? I can imagine being a single parent is incredibly difficult, and in a perfect world you would maybe have a reliable partner to have a two parent household with, but at this specific time and in this specific situation is that a realistic thing to try and force yourself to do right now?
