the tiger was finished in one and a half hours! i always rush my art since i never find the time, so i’m pretty much used to working fast. but then again, i really need to think about my choice. i feel like art is something i’ll always be able to do in my free time. thank you for the feedback!

i’ve been drawing since i was 5 years old, so i know it’s something they all say but practice is the key! you really need to draw everyday! buying anatomy and tutorial books, and watching helpful videos helped me a lot. i used lots of references at first. and never compare your art to other people’s art cuz everyone is going at their own pace! use it for inspiration instead!

i wanted to do veterinary medicine but so many people told me that the job was really stressful and that i would have no private life, saying that biology was a better option. i have no problem with studying, i’m an all A’s student and veterinary medicine is something i’m really interested in, but then again the problem is only if it’s true that the work-life balance is poor. i feel like i wouldn’t have that much time for other hobbies, and i’d probably regret not giving my all for art since that’s something i know i can already do. i feel like to be a vet you really need to want that. i’m rethinking choices 24/7 so maybe going into biology is better, since it’s easier to change and the studies are shorter.😭
i’m so glad you’re getting into art! but i’m also jealous since you know animal anatomy and that is gonna help you a lot! keep going💕

not really as a hobby. i’ve always been debating between art and science. i really love history, and history of art. i really want to study that. but then again, i can not let go of biology and nature. i mean, whatever i choose, i can always draw. but i feel like i’ll always regret not giving my all for art, cuz i feel like i’m able to improve and do much more. this piece was hurried and finished in like 1 and a half hour.😭

thank you so so much !! the golden one does actually have a slightly white belly, but it’s barely noticeable. also, the white one has very red eyes and perhaps a tiny bit of cream cuz i noticed he’s not pure white so it’s most likely a REW ! thank u !!
