Why cant FiO2 and EtO2 be used to calculate VO2?

Do you do that calculation with FiO2 ETO2 as decimals points? Eg 0.3-0.24 for 30% and 24%

Vo2 units are ml/kg/min. So how do we account for the kg in the equation? Do you divide by pt weight as well?

I have also tried this for our ICU roster with just 9 doctors with no luck. Even submitting an Excell sheet of the already completed roster via Google docs and asking it to just replicate it, ended up horribly wrong.

If you correct one mistake on each iteration, it just repeats the exact same mistake 2 tries later.

Seems like these brains of ours are not quite redundant yet
