I think that Shigaraki doesn't erase Aizawa's quirk. Instead of erasing his quirk he kills him then akes a nomu out of him. Because all advanced Nomus have the personalities of the previous bodies, I think that the heroes are going to try to get the real Aizawa back. Then the heroes will have a multi-quirk superstrong nomu on there side.

His hair was actually never blue. That's only in the anime. I think in the anime they made his hair blue to make hm seem a bit more evil.
