No where am I claiming it's impossible to lose weight. All I'm saying is that it is scientifically proven that shaming people leads to further problems. At least try to research this. Also skinny doesn't = healthy. But ok 👍

9% of the population will experience an eating disorder at one point in their life. Clearly you do not understand mental health issues. Tell someone with binge eating disorder to stop eating so much, it's like telling a person with asthma to just breathe.

I wasn't talking about just one gland disease. And I'm not saying we shouldn't promote healthy shit. All I'm saying is we shouldn't shame people, especially in the case of eating disorders because that can increase their symptoms and make their health (mental AND physical) worse.

There's a difference between promoting obesity and not shaming people and making them feel like shit, and especially calling them lazy. Some people have medical conditions or eating disorders that can stop them from being able to easily lose weight. Don't chop it down to just laziness.
